Hi! I’m Ronni, [she/they']
They say to create the thing you wish existed… So that’s what I set out to do.
When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I was overwhelmed. There were so many moving parts and pieces, I had no idea where to start. I spent countless hours researching the best platforms for websites, newsletters, schedulers, marketing tools and how to best utilize social media. The learning curves were steep and it wasn’t always easy to figure out how to apply what I was learning to my own business, which meant even more hours figuring it out.
I knew I wasn’t the only small business owner struggling with this.
I created, Rooted Social Creative because I knew I could not only give other small business owners straight forward answers, but show them how to implement these systems and strategies for their specific business, allowing them to walk away with beautiful websites, as well as functioning systems and strategies they can implement right now.
I’m Queer and Neurodivergent, and while I work with all kinds, I especially love working with queer and neurodivergent clients.
A little more about me…
Virtual Assistant, and website expert for small business owners.

Before I set off on building my online career, I owned a highly successful hair salon in downtown Indianapolis, IN. Everything I learned while owning and operating my salon plays an important roll in how I run my business online. It takes skill, perseverance and resilience to get a new business off the ground - there’s no reason to try and go it alone.
When I’m not helping small business owners build Squarespace sites and create systems that work, you can find me creating art and turning it into vinyl stickers and shirts, blogging on my other website, doing yoga (with varying degrees of success), taking walks, traveling, and spending time with my family.
My natural disposition is “easy going.” If cussing bothers you, you’re not down with the #BLM movement, or say things like, “Love the sinner hate the sin,” when dealing with queer folks, I’m not the person for you.
If you’re on board with all of those things and you’re ready to transform your business - LET’S GO!
